We offer a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unused and uninstalled
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Return eligibility is based on the product's condition, not on individual experience or perception.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
To ensure clarity and fairness for all customers, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed or used in a way that prevents them from being resold as new
- Items showing damage or wear beyond their original condition upon delivery
- Products that have been modified, altered, or installed outside of the provided guidelines
- Items designated as final sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item.
Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
- Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund

Warranty Registration
All Natural Action revitalizers include a manufacturer-backed warranty.
To activate your warranty, customers must complete a warranty registration form on the Alisiou website after purchase. This registration ensures proper recordkeeping and allows us to coordinate warranty coverage directly with the manufacturer.
Alisiou securely maintains warranty registration information.
As part of our manufacturing agreement, we periodically provide the manufacturer with serial numbers and customer names for warranty validation only.
The manufacturer administers warranty coverage according to their terms and conditions. Alisiou remains your primary point of contact for all warranty-related questions.
